Welcome to TibetanCircle, a platform designed to connect Tibetans worldwide. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"). These Terms outline your rights and responsibilities when using the platform. Please read them carefully.
To use TibetanCircle, you must be at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly allow individuals under this age to create accounts. If we discover that someone under 18 has created an account, we will terminate it immediately.
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities on TibetanCircle:
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
By using TibetanCircle, you give us permission to use any photos, information, or other material you upload ("content") in connection with providing our services. This includes, but is not limited to, using your photos, and any other content you provide to display your profile to other users, personalize your experience, ensure platform functionality, and improve the services we offer. Your content remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use it for these purposes. We are not obligated to compensate you for the use of your content.
You also acknowledge that other users’ content belongs to them, and you are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or use their content without explicit permission.
You are responsible for providing accurate information on your profile. Misrepresentation of your identity, age, or personal details is not allowed. You must use real, minimally filtered photos that reflect your actual appearance. AI-generated images and extreme filters that significantly alter your appearance are prohibited.
You may not post content that infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others. If you violate this policy, we may remove the content and take appropriate action, including account termination.
TibetanCircle and its associated content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the platform without express permission.
We are not obligated to pre-screen or monitor user content, but we reserve the right to review, refuse, or remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate for the platform. We may take action at any time to ensure compliance with these Terms and to protect the integrity of the platform.
If you witness or experience inappropriate behavior on the platform, you can report it directly through our in-app reporting tools. We encourage users to help maintain a respectful and safe environment by reporting any misconduct.
You have the right to manage or delete your account at any time. If you choose to delete your account, you can do so within the app by going to the "Settings" section and following the instructions for account deletion. Once deleted, your account and all associated data will be removed from the platform in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please note that once deleted, your account and its content cannot be recovered.
TibetanCircle also reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in behavior that is deemed inappropriate or unlawful. In such cases, we may take actions such as issuing warnings, removing content, or discontinuing your access to the platform.
Certain provisions of these Terms, including those related to intellectual property, limitations of liability, and other relevant sections, will continue to apply even after your account is terminated. All personal information will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
TibetanCircle provides its services on an "as-is" basis. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, including, but not limited to, damages arising from interactions with other users or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. If we make any significant changes, we will notify you accordingly. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were most recently revised. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
